FAQ’s
Who can attend ThreeSixty Mind’s training sessions?
Our training is designed for frontline workers who deal with members of the public in their everyday role.
What type of training do you cover?
We train frontline workers to recognise poor mental health when it presents by applying the RASP framework. A non-diagnosis framework using language and behaviour indicators to recognise poor mental health so frontline workers can interact better and respond to individuals appropriately, avoiding escalations and crisis.
How long are the training sessions?
We offer flexible training options:
• Full-day face to face training for in-depth learning
• Half-day face to face gateway training for focused insights
Can organisations book private training for their teams?
Yes! We provide tailored training sessions for organisations to help them better support their staff.
How does your training help?
We give frontline workers the awareness and skills to recognise poor mental health and the knowledge of how to interact with individuals, allowing them to give an awareness to individuals. From this place, individuals will feel seen, heard and aware of their behaviours and patterns causing poor mental health. This allows a better service user experience, where they gain back their agency and can change their behaviours avoiding further escalations, which can lead to crisis.
Frontline workers will be more equipped to deal with service users presenting with poor mental health, by knowing how to recognise signs and behaviours, allowing their interaction with them being more positive and valuable.
Frontline organisations by providing this training to their staff, reduce staff stress levels and burn out and ensure the well-being of staff who are more equipped to deal with high pressured situations, where they are making a difference.
