OUR MISSION
We are dedicated to training frontline organisations and their staff to recognise service users presenting with poor mental health, which is not presented as a single event, diagnosis or crisis episode. This is caused by their response and coping patterns formed from their earlier years which continue into adulthood, affecting how they engage with the world, with stress, and with services.
trusted behaviour care for your Well-being.
At ThreeSixty Mind, we believe that knowledge is power and the key to ending cycles of undiagnosed poor mental health. We equip frontline workers to recognise and understand patterns, beyond the presented behaviour which improves service user engagement, de-escalation and early intervention.
Our Process
01. Discovery
Understanding why people behaviour the way they do which presents as a poor mental health.
02. Awareness
Knowledge is power. Through training, we provide the insight to how poor mental health can show up and the severity of it. This awareness allows professionals to respond appropriately making individuals feel seen, heard and understood.
03. Action
Knowing how to engage with an individual presenting with poor mental health is crucial in a time sensitive interaction. We provide a framework allowing professionals to know the best way to do this, depending on how the individual is presenting.
04. Maintenance
By giving the knowledge, skills and framework to professionals, true transformation takes place. They will be able to interact with individuals more effectively, allowing them to make a difference in every high-pressured situation.
Our Values

We are passionate about mental health and sharing how it can be measured long before a diagnosis or crisis. Our aim is to enhance the work of frontline workers and organisations, by giving them the awareness to increase service user self-agency and knowledge, which will allow them to improve their mental health.
